This year marked the exciting return of theming to Rossware's ASTI presence. Along with Clear Learning Group and Service Company Solutions, Rossware brought a safari adventure to ASTI that transformed the entire experience.
From the moment attendees arrived, they were immersed in the adventure. Special table theming created a vibrant atmosphere, while safari elements were woven throughout classes and presentations. But the real fun came from our interactive scavenger hunt—hidden throughout the convention center were little toy safari animals, each accompanied by cards that allowed attendees to enter a drawing for cash prizes. We also placed special lion toys around the venue that were redeemable for instant win items, including plush stuffed animals and exclusive swag from Rossware and its partners. The safari theme generated a buzz of excitement that has been missing from ASTI in recent years, and we were thrilled to re-energize attendees with a renewed sense of community and fun.

As always, Rossware provided valuable training opportunities for attendees looking to enhance their skills and grow their businesses. Kenton Mattos from Rossware and Karie Sevigny from Clear Learning Group delivered excellent training sessions on ServiceDesk, covering essential topics including reports, communications, and parts management. These hands-on sessions gave attendees practical tools they could immediately implement in their daily operations. Additionally, Rossware offered general business-oriented training designed to help service businesses thrive in today's competitive landscape, including topics such as effective office communication, choosing the right software for your needs, and cybersecurity basics to protect your business and customers.

They have been a constant and trusted voice in the appliance service community for decades, providing not just products but invaluable industry knowledge and support. We are incredibly proud to see them honored as the very first recipient of this award, and we look forward to many more years of partnership.
